Theme Studio 3.0 for S60 is used to make themes for 2nd edition of Nokia phones based on S60 platform. These are Nokia 6600, 6630, 6680, 7610, 3230 and so on. With Carbide 3.1.1 you can create themes for 3rd edition of S60 phones (Nokia 3250, Nokia N-series, Nokia E-series and so on. Interface of these programs is rather complicated if compare it with SE theme editor and you probably should have some experience with graphics software to use it, but still anyone who has time and desire is able to cope with it.

Nokia Series 40 Theme Studio is used, as you can guess, to create themes for phones working on S40 platform. Version 1.2 makes themes for 2nd edition phones such as Nokia 2626, 6230i, etc, and version 2.2 works with themes for 3rd edition of S40 phones, such as Nokia 6300, 6125 and so on. Interface of these programs is much simpler than of those S60 related. You will only have to choose pictures of certain resolution, select desired colors and it's finished.
